Help Desk

When you need help in using the system, setting alarms, etc – we’re available

Preventive Maintenance

On a pre-approved schedule, ThreatSTALKER will remotely perform system evaluation and preventive maintenance

Diagnostics

If the system is not performing to your satisfaction or if the system notifies the operator of a problem, the ThreatSTALKER help desk will escalate your call to have diagnostics run remotely.

24Hour System Replacement

ThreatSTALKER maintains a spare inventory. If Threat STALKER needs to be returned we will immediately ship – for next day delivery another unit to your facility

Training

  • Two day system installation, operation , maintenance, and problem diagnosis training

  • User Training an interactive three hour training course provide on CD

  • ThreatSTALKER manual a hard copy of the training course

System Minor and Major releases

  • One minor upgrade (normally every six months)
